Medical Marijuana Card Reciprocity Between States
Medical marijuana card reciprocity allows a medical marijuana patient from one state to use their medical card in another state. This generally means the two states have similar laws regarding medical marijuana use.
If your home state has reciprocity with other states, you may be able to travel and use your medical marijuana card in those participating states. However, Florida does not accept medical marijuana cards from any other state.
